Sales Tax Exempt Letter

Officers, Committee Heads, and Room Parents are emailed copies of the Sale Tax Exempt Letter. This letter enables PTO representative to purchase goods at stores tax free. If you do not have a copy, please contact the Treasurer. The PTO no longer publishes this letter on the website to prevent unathorized use of the form.
