You do not have to order every other week. Note that orders will always be due the Wednesday BEFORE the week of Special Lunch (i.e., 8 days ahead).

Note: Steak 'n Shake has indicated that they will clean blenders prior to making the vanilla and chocolate shakes for Elm School Special Lunch.
Note: Tropical Smoothie Cafe provided the following photo and written email, when asked about the possibility of cross-contamination with nuts. "We actually have two different blenders we use for that very reason. The clear one is for everything without nuts or almonds, and then we have the yellow blender which is meant for peanut butter and almonds. So for school orders we ONLY use the clear one, which means we never have to deal with cross-contamination."
